
Bandcamp is a 45 minute full body group fitness experience, utilizing resistance bands, with primary focus on proper form of the functional movement patterns; squatting, hip hinge, pushing, pulling and pressing. The goal is to increase muscular endurance, tone, cardiovascular endurance, core strength and stability.
