Bandcamp is a 45 minute full body group fitness experience, utilizing resistance bands, with primary focus on proper form of the functional movement patterns; squatting, hip hinge, pushing, pulling and pressing. The goal is to increase muscular endurance, tone, cardiovascular endurance, core strength and stability. Bandcamp is suitable for clients just starting their fitness journey or the novice .through the use of regressions and progressions in tempo and resistance, Band Camp is the perfect workout for everyone!

STRONG BODY 55+ IS A SERIES OF FITNESS CLASSES FOR THE 55+ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITY. THESE SERIES INCLUDE STRENGTH & BALANCE and Aqua Fitness. Strength CLASSES UTILIZe A CHAIR, RESISTANCE BANDS AND/OR DUMBBELLS. EACH CLASS IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE BALANCE, STRENGTHEN JOINTS AND MUSCLES, AND INCREASE MOBILITY. MANY OF THE MOVEMENT PATTERNS WILL MIRROR THOSE OF DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE MOVEMENT MECHANICS AND HELP REDUCE THE RISK OF FALLS.
